SpaceX reported revenue of $7,814 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, up from $4,071 million a year earlier, and a net loss of $541 million compared with $1,008 million. The company said the $3,743 million increase in revenue came from its AI segment, mainly new AI infrastructure contracts, and from its Connectivity segment as Starlink subscribers and enterprise and government customers grew.

Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, was $3,538 million for the quarter, against $1,214 million a year earlier. In June 2026 SpaceX completed its initial public offering, selling 638.9 million Class A shares at $135.00 each for net proceeds of $85,675 million.

It also issued $25,000 million of senior unsecured notes in June to repay its bridge loan, and it held $93,522 million in cash and cash equivalents at quarter-end. Spending is heavy: purchases of property, plant, and equipment were $28,476 million in the first six months, and research and development expense rose to $3,548 million in the quarter from $1,958 million.

Net loss for the six months was $4,817 million, which included a loss on debt extinguishment of $1,545 million in the cash flow statement. SpaceX said it expects its acquisition of Cursor, based on an implied equity value of $60 billion, to close in the third quarter of 2026.
